In 2010, Keith Buckner founded IT911now.com after parting ways with a medical company in California. His departure was the result of his exceptional performance—he consistently outperformed his colleagues by efficiently managing technical support requests across more than 30 locations.

While on a break, Keith visited a local electronics store and overheard a customer being quoted over $200 for a laptop computer issue. Upon listening closely, Keith realized the problem was a simple watch battery issue causing incorrect date and time settings. By advising the customer to replace the battery, Keith saved the customer a significant amount of money. Keith even gave the customer his phone number and offered further help if needed. The very next day, the customer called to thank Keith and, in gratitude, suggested that he start his own business. That conversation inspired the founding of IT911now.com. The need for an owner and company that puts customers before his bottom-line. We pride ourselves on long term relationships with our customers at a fair price.
