Both forms present a dedicated SMS / MMS Notifications section containing a mobile number field and a separate, unchecked checkbox for transactional consent. Marketing SMS/MMS consent, if offered, is a fully separate optional checkbox — transactional consent does not depend on it.

Disclosure at the point of consent

The checkbox label states: "I agree to receive transactional SMS/MMS updates from IT911Now about support tickets, service notifications, appointments, and account-related updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

How to opt out
