What it is
The VP59 is Yealink's top desk video phone. It has an 8-inch color touchscreen running Android, a built-in HD camera you can adjust to your height, with a privacy shutter, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth built in, and gigabit network ports.
Why you'd want it
- The biggest screen: an 8-inch touchscreen for video and call handling.
- Camera built in: pops up for video and hides away when you're done.
- Wireless and flexible: Bluetooth for headsets and mobiles, Wi-Fi for desks without a cable.
- A true executive phone: the most capable desk phone in the range.
Do you need it?
Choose it for leaders and partners who hold regular video calls at their desk. Most people don't need it: the T58V does video on a smaller screen, and the T57W is a touchscreen without video. Check with us whether your order includes a power supply or relies on a PoE switch.
How it works with Plan V
One phone per desk on a Plan V seat. We set it up for your Plan V service before it ships, so it works when you plug it in: your extension, voicemail and line keys ready to go. Add Device Warranty for unlimited replacements. Video calls work between video-capable phones on your Plan V system.
