What it is

The T21P E2 is an entry-level business desk phone with two lines, a backlit black-and-white screen and HD Voice. It ships with a power adapter, and it can also take power from a PoE network switch, so it works on any network. It's an older but dependable Yealink model.

Why you'd want it

• Clear calls: HD Voice at an entry-level price.
• Works anywhere: power adapter included, or use PoE if you have it.
• Two lines: hold one call while you answer another.
• Simple to use: familiar keypad and speakerphone, no training needed.

Do you need it?

A good pick for light users, shared desks and break rooms. If someone transfers calls often or wants busy lights for coworkers, choose the T27G or T53. If you only need a courtesy phone, the T18 is even simpler.
