What it is

The CP930W is a conference speakerphone with no cords to the table. It talks to its base station by DECT, the same cordless technology used by cordless office phones, so the base sits wherever your network is and the speakerphone goes wherever the meeting is. It runs on a rechargeable battery, and it can also connect to a mobile phone by Bluetooth or a computer by USB.

Yes, if you meet in more than one room, or your meeting room has no network cable. If you have one fixed meeting room with a network jack, the corded CP860 does the same job. Small teams that rarely meet can skip it and use a desk phone's speakerphone.

How it works with Plan V
