What it is

The T57W is a business desk phone from Yealink's current T5 series with a 7-inch color touchscreen that tilts to suit you, up to sixteen lines and gigabit network ports. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are built in, so you can pair a wireless headset or mobile phone, or connect where there's no network cable.

Do you need it?

Best for receptionists who handle lots of calls and for executives who want the easiest phone to use. Most desks don't need a touchscreen: the T54W or T53W cost less. If you want video calling, look at the T58A or T58V. This model ships without a power supply: it takes power from your network switch over the network cable (PoE, Power over Ethernet). If your switch doesn't provide PoE, add the Yealink power supply or a PoE injector to your order.
