What it is

The T23G is a simple business desk phone with up to three phone lines, a backlit black-and-white screen and gigabit network ports. It's an older Yealink T2 model, made for people who need a reliable phone without a lot of extra buttons.

Do you need it?

Good for light users: back office, warehouse desks, break rooms and shared spaces. If someone transfers calls often or watches coworkers' lines, choose the T27G or T53 instead. This model ships without a power supply: it takes power from your network switch over the network cable (PoE, Power over Ethernet). If your switch doesn't provide PoE, add the Yealink power supply or a PoE injector to your order.

How it works with Plan V

One phone per desk on a Plan V seat. We set it up for your Plan V service before it ships, so it works when you plug it in: your extension, voicemail and line keys ready to go. Add Device Warranty for unlimited replacements.
